Lori Senecal has a lot of experience when it comes to being a leader. Therefore, she has a lot to say about leadership. She has gained a lot of experience with leadership from when she was coaching gymnastics. When she was in high school, she became a coach of gymnastics because of her height. This was when she has gained the experience of being a leader. Afterwards, she has always made it a point to be a leader in her career. One thing that Lori Senecal has said about being a leader is that when she was a leader, it became hard to be a follower. While one can follow a vision, the type of person who is a leader is going to need a reason to follow someone else. This is not about having power. It is more about knowing what to do while at the same time, knowing when someone else might have greater insight on an issue.
